However, we can CUSTOM DESIGN any wedding package to best fit your specific needs. The best thing to do is schedule a tour of our facilities and let us know how we can best be of service to you. We are very flexible. Depending on your needs, we can save you a great deal of money. We have a beautiful Victorian wedding site: You can choose to marry at: 1) The Queen Ann Victorian Gazebo underneath a 100 year old oak sitting on a knoll; Or, 2) The tropical paved garden with a waterfall. We help you decorate the Gazebo or Waterfall area and we set up all the chairs, altar table, sound system and help you with a free rehearsal.Please call us to tour our wedding site at 530-305-5052.. Our luxurious reception ballroom seats up to 160 (130 if you need the dance floor). If you use our in-house catering service, the ballroom comes with all the tables, chairs, linens, napkins, water glasses, wine glasses, fine china and silverware. We set it up for you and we clean up after you. We also have several centerpieces available for you to use for free. Please call us to tour our beautiful reception ballroom at 530-305-5052. We have 2 in-house chefs who will provide you with any style meal you’d like at very reasonable prices. We also have a 15 room, 16.5 bathrooms beautiful Queen Ann Victorian Mansion that we run as a bed and breakfast and tea parlor. So, we can provide accommodations for your family and friends attending your wedding. Finally, You can have use of the entire Mansion facility (All guest rooms, our beautiful wedding site (Victorian Gazebo and Tropical Waterfall areas) and the luxurious reception hall from 1:00pm the day of your wedding until the next day 10:30am. This includes a gourmet breakfast for every guest staying at the Mansion. At any rate, we are flexible and are willing to work with you. WEDDING SITE: $1,000 (2 Hour rental time) We provide all your Chairs, Full set-up, Sound system with wireless microphones, Communion or Unity Candle table, Bride’s dressing room, Ivy Wrap decorations, Before and After wedding ceremony use of site for photography (2 Hours). RECEPTION BALLROOM: $1,500 (4 Hour rental time) We provide all the Tables and Chairs (for the Head table, Cake table, Sign-in Table, gift Table, Pull down screen projector, and all Guest chairs). The price Includes free use of all our available center piece accessories and decorations. We do all the setup, tear down and clean up (ALL OF THE ABOVE IS AVAILABLE Only if we do the catering and provide the food). Your favorite color Linens may be brought in by bridal party or rented for a small fee. FOOD & BEVERAGE: $2,500 (All you can eat buffet for up to 100 guests) We provide an All-You-Can-Eat Banquet Buffet Reception for up to 100 guests. Specifically, your banquet consists of BBQ Tri-tip, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Veggies Dinner roll, Salad, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Coffee, Decaff coffee. This price includes Tax and Service Charge of 18%. (An additional charge of $30/person is available for additional guests over 100 headcount). If you would like a different menu, we are culinary chefs and can arrange to prepare any food choice and arrange for a food tasting. Prices are subject to market rate and availability of seasonal foods. MANSION ACCOMMODATIONS: $200 We provide you with a beautiful Bridal Suite with a Heart-Shaped Jacuzzi tub for 2 for your Wedding night. This includes a delicious breakfast the next morning. Check-out is at 10:30am the next day. (Additional Rooms may be purchased separately by your guests for $135/night). Bridal parties may also choose to rent the entire mansion exclusively for their own private use at a rate of $2000/day. Check in is at 2:00pm and check out is at 10:30am the next day. ALCOHOL: (350 DRINKS – Includes Bartender) $1,500 We provide you with an Apple Cider and Champagne Toast for 100 guests. We also provide 100 domestic beers, 100 glasses of our House Wine and 50 Mixed Cocktail Well drinks. This is just a suggestion! (Additional drinks may be purchased separately). We have a full liquor license (including beer brewing, manufacturing/distributing) and catering licenses and can supply you with all your alcohol beverage needs. For liability insurance purposes and ABC license compliance requirements, we do not allow any alcohol to be brought into our facilities. Sorry! WEDDING CAKE: $500 We provide you with a 3-Tiered Cake. It will be a butter cream frosted cake. It can be made with Chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Or, it can be made with a white cake with vanilla custard and strawberry filling. These flavors can be sorted into the 3 different tiers for variety. (Cake tasting is available for the wedding couple) WEDDING FLOWERS: $500 We provide you with up to 4 groomsmen Rose Boutoneeres, 4 twelve-rose bridesmaid bouquets, 1 Groom Boutoneer and 1 twenty-four rose Bride’s bouquet. PHOTOGRAPHY: $1,000 We provide you with 1 photographer for up to 5 hours. We provide you with an edited CD with photos of your ceremony and reception. A wedding album can also be layed out and printed separately at an additional price. DJ, MC and MIXER: $800 We provide you with two sound systems with wireless microphones (one at the Wedding site, one at the Reception ballroom). This includes a Master of Ceremonies for your event and a mixer/DJ for your dance music. OFFICIANT: $200 We provide you with a Ceremony rehearsal, Vow review and composition and Wedding Ceremony by Alfred Lee (Owner of the Power’s Mansion and ordained minister).
