Guest Accommodations at the Historic Mansion.

The Power’s Mansion features 15 unique and beautifully decorated historic guest rooms for your family and friends to enjoy.

Any portion of the Mansion may be rented by the Wedding Couple for themselves (e.g. the Honeymoon Suite), or to accommodate their out of town family and other guests. Individually rented rooms are available at the prevailing retail rate.

When you rent the entire Mansion, you get to enjoy use of the Gentlemen’s Parlor, the Lady’s Parlor and the Victorian Dining room from 1:00pm the day of your wedding until 10:30am the following day. A full gourmet breakfast is provided for all guests staying at the Mansion and is served at 9:00am. Additional nights before or after the Wedding date can be rented subject to availability.

When the Wedding Couple rents the entire Mansion for their private wedding party, the Mansion is rented at a wholesale rate of $2,000+ City Occupancy Tax of 8%. This is a significant discount off of the retail rate of $3,000/night. In turn, the Wedding couple can raise funds to pay for different portions of the Mansion (e.g. the wedding site or reception ballroom) by allowing their out of town guests to rent back from the “block of rooms” reserved for guests at retail prices. Note: The wholesale rate is ONLY available to Wedding Couples who rent the entire mansion for their wedding night.

The Power’s Mansion can act as the wedding couple’s “reservation agent” with a pre-determined rental rate established by the wedding couple. (Your guests call us)

The 15 Room “Set” is sold to the Wedding couple at $2,000 + 8% Occupancy Tax. Any rent received above this wholesale price can be applied to offset any other Mansion expense including food and other facility rental.

If the Entire Mansion is NOT “EXCLUSIVELY” rented by the Wedding Couple, the Power’s Mansion reserves the right to rent the remaining rooms to other outside guests interested in accommodations. CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS WOULD APPLY TO ALL GUESTS PERTAINING TO NOISE ORDINANCE
